Jessica C. Isaacs is Managing Director and Head of International Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) business segment at Marsh Inc. In her current capacity, Ms. Isaacs is responsible for developing the Small and Medium Enterprise business strategy for Marsh’s International markets which span 4 continents and over 70 countries. She develops the overall strategy and business plans to increase the growth and profit of the Small and Medium Enterprise business. In this role, she works closely with Marsh’s country and regional leaders throughout the International Division to ensure that Marsh delivers optimum insurance solutions and service excellence to small and midsize organizations in those regions.

Ms. Isaacs served as the Chair of the Board of the Executive Leadership Council from 2009 -2012. She is also an advisor to the High School of Recording Arts in New York City; and a former Board member of the Dance Theatre of Harlem. She earned a BA in Political Science from Georgia State University and has taken Executive MBA courses at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
