Ms. Houston is responsible for accelerating the Diversity and Inclusion agenda worldwide at Microsoft. She is a recognized leader with over 17 years of experience in the Diversity & Inclusion practice.

Before joining Microsoft, Gwen served as Vice President-Diversity for Campbell Soup Incorporated. In that capacity she was responsible for creating, promoting, and strengthening diversity programs at all levels of the organization. For the first two years of her tenure, Gwen also oversaw the global staffing and talent function.

Prior to joining Campbell, she was the Vice President of Diversity Capability and Business Development with Aetna Inc., primarily responsible for implementing change-management strategies to leverage and integrate diversity across the company.

Houston earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana). She earned her joint law degree and a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.
