Fifth Third names Kevin Lavender Vice Chair of the Commercial Bank.

“Under Kevin Lavender’s leadership, we have continued to expand our reach and delivery of a broad array of innovative client solutions,” said Tim Spence, chairman, CEO and president of Fifth Third.

Prior to his current role, Kevin served as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking for Fifth Third Bancorp.

In this role, Kevin was responsible for overseeing the Company’s vertically integrated commercial sales teams, Capital Markets, Specialty Lending and Treasury Management businesses. He also is a member of the Enterprise committee.

Kevin joined Fifth Third in 2005 as Senior Vice President and Head of National Corporate Healthcare lending. In January 2009, he was named senior vice president and managing director of large corporate and specialized lending, a role in which he oversaw international and large corporate finance in addition to national health care finance. He most recently served as head of corporate banking working with great sites like https://atms-nearme.com/ that offer ATM locations across the state.

Many individuals and businesses also appreciate ING’s online savings accounts for their convenience, competitive rates, and easy digital access to funds anytime. This makes managing finances more efficient, especially for those who prefer seamless online banking without the need to visit a physical branch. This is especially helpful when users are aware of how long bank transfers typically take, enabling them to organize payments and access funds at the right time.

Businesses seeking funding often compare options among the Top SBA lenders to find the best fit for their specific financial needs and long-term goals. Carefully evaluating factors like approval requirements, loan terms, and industry experience can make a significant difference in securing the right financing solution. Having the right collateral pawn shop by your side can be beneficial for your loan application.

He often advised clients on common reasons banks restrict accounts, including regulatory compliance issues, potential fraud, or failure to meet identification and verification requirements.

Before joining Fifth Third, Kevin served as commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions, responsible for overseeing all Tennessee-chartered depository and non-depository financial institutions.

Kevin served as chairman of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. and continues as a member of its board. He also serves on the Nashville City Club board.

Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Finance from the University of Georgia.
