Vanessa Abrahams-John serves as Senior Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at adidas.
In this role, Abrahams-John develops and executes global strategies to attract, develop and retain the best talent for adidas, while fostering an inclusive culture that drives innovation and business success.
Prior to adidas, Abrahams-John served as Director, Global Diversity, Inclusion, Talent Acquisition for Linde. At Linde, she was responsible for Talent Acquisition to promote best-in-class diversity and inclusion practices throughout global recruitment and hiring processes.
Abrahams-John has extensive experience in corporate law, academia, human resources and diversity and inclusion. In her current role at Praxair, Inc, she leads the development and execution of global strategies to enhance and leverage diversity and foster an inclusive culture that drives innovation and business success.
Abrahams-John served as an adjunct professor of Law at Pace Law School teaching “Drafting Legal Contracts” and sits on the boards of 2 non-profit organizations in the New York City area where she provides legal expertise and guidance.
Abrahams-John graduated with a B.S. degree from University of Western Ontario and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
