Kim Adams serves as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Talent Acquisition for Ulta Beauty.
In this role, Kim supports the nation’s largest beauty retailer and its 45,000+ associates as she further shapes the DEI vision and strategy, while building synergies across the company’s hiring and pipeline practices. Her core focus is to lead the organization’s DEI strategic initiatives, spanning external and internal efforts; act as a trusted DEI advisor, partner and manage the cross-functional DEI governance model.
Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in building strong cultures and leading DEI efforts.
Prior to Ulta Beauty, Kim served as Vice President of Human Resources, DEI, and Engagement at Papa John’s International where she worked to transform the company’s efforts and output.
Kim was also Vice President of Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity at Equifax, senior director of Employee Experience and Culture at AECOM, and held roles at Coca-Cola, Cox Automotive, and Marsh Inc.
Kim holds Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from University of Georgia – Terry College of Business and an MBA from Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
