Quianna Agent-Phillips is Fulton Bank’s first-ever diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader and was named Chief Diversity Officer in 2022.
Quianna is fully dedicated to the development, execution, and evaluation of Fulton’s DEI strategy. Working with internal groups, like Human Resources, Communications and various employee resource groups, Quianna ensures Fulton Bank employees highly value diversity and contribute to a culture of belonging.
Prior to her pivot into DEI, Quianna spent over 19 years in financial leadership positions, such as Commercial Banking Learning and Talent Manager, Financial Center Manager, Business Development Officer, Financial Literacy Program Manager and Market Growth leader.
Outside of the office, Quianna enjoys fitness and dance activities, jet-setting abroad, or chasing steam locomotives with her train-enthusiast son.
Quianna is a proud alumnus of Kutztown University where she earned a B.A. in Political Science with a double minor in Public Administration and Spanish.
