Quentin Roach is Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Vice President at Mondelēz International, a leading global snacking business with world renowned brands, Quentin leads oversight of $18+ billion in company expenses and overall Supplier Management activities.
Prior to Mondelez, Quentin served as Chief Procurement Officer & Senior Vice President Merck & Co., Inc. In this role, Quentin led oversight of companywide expenditures; contract manufacturing operations and supply chain management; M&A, JV & alliance management; global real estate; and enterprise service operations.
Quentin currently serves as Board Director for US Foods and Armada Supply Solutions. Other affiliations include; Executive Leadership Council, SCM World, Columbia University’s Deming Center, Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey College of Business, and The Garth Fagan Dance Company, among others.
Quentin has been recognized as a “Top 10 Most Inspiring Leader” by Executive 50, “Business Transformation 150” by Constellation, and “Top 100 Global Ethnic Minority Leaders” by The Financial Times & Yahoo Finance.
Quentin holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management of Technology from Arizona State University, a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and has completed executive development work at Columbia University, Thunderbird University and Trinity College – Dublin.
