Tracie Morris serves at the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Corewell Health, a not-for-profit health system with 60,000+ people committed to reimagining a better, more equitable model of health and wellness.

Tracie is integral in developing inspirational and innovative people strategies that propel the organization forward to thrive in a vibrant and inclusive culture. She champions programs related to learning, development, recruitment, retention, culture and well-being. In her 30-year career, she has led culture transformation, human resource automation and executed inclusion and talent strategies.

Tracie previously served as Senior Vice President and U.S. Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Inclusion Officer for BMO Financial Group and as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Exelon Corporation.

Tracie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in organizational communications from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, and her Master of Science in Management Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. She received a Certification in Labor Relations Management from the University of Michigan, a Human Resources Management Certification from Aurora University and an Organization Design and Effectiveness Certification from the Center for Effective Organizations.
