Rhonda J. Morris is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Chevron Corporation, a position she has held since 2016.

In this role, Rhonda is responsible for the company’s human resources, employee assistance/work-life services, ombuds, and diversity & inclusion groups. She also serves on Executive Committee.

Prior to 2016, Rhonda held several roles of increasing responsibility in human resources, global marketing, and international products.

Rhonda serves on the boards of the United Negro College Fund, Opportunity@Work and Techbridge Girls, a nonprofit organization that excites, educates, and equips girls from low-income communities to achieve economic mobility and better life opportunities. Rhonda is also a member of the HR Policy Association Board of Directors, the Bishop O’Dowd High School Board of Regents and the BetterUp Advisory Growth Council, a group of leading business, academic and HR experts shaping the future of work.

Rhonda previously served on the boards of the Oakland Athletics Community Foundation, A Better Chance and the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management.

Rhonda earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
