In this role, Melissa leads the energy giant’s Human Resources and Real Estate and Workplace Services. She is an accomplished professional whose experience and expertise spans various industries, cultures, government regulations and global organizations.

Melissa is renowned for her ability to transform organizational cultures. She has made significant contributions through the implementation of strategic talent practices, helping organizations become more digitally-savvy, and shifting focus from traditional perspectives to more progressive outlooks.

Melissa received her B.A. degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University and her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
