Ernest Nicolas is Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) at HP Inc., whose global supply chain delivers more than 100 million products to customers each year through a sophisticated network of factories, logistics providers, and other valued partners.
In this role, Ernest also drives the sustainability efforts tied directly to HP’s global reputation and business growth.
Joining HP in 2022, Ernest has more than 25 years’ expertise in end-to-end, integrated supply chain functions. Ernest spent 16 years at Rockwell Automation in various roles including Senior VP and CSCO, and prior to Rockwell led industrial engineering, production management, and supply chain planning at General Motors.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Avient Corporation and is an Advisory Board member for Wahl Clipper Corporation.
Ernest is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, as well as Executive Advisory Board member for the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business Supply Chain Management program.
Ernest holds an MBA in Operations Management and an M.S. degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a B.S. degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University.
