Since joining Marsh McLennan in 2011, Moreland has leveraged a business mindset and ability to think creatively to advance the strategic priorities of the firm. He launched the RISE Fellowship Program with the goal to foster a new generation of executives fluent in the intersection of business and social justice.
Prior, Moreland held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, USAA Property & Casualty Insurance, and Bank of America. Moreland has dedicated his career to helping people-and businesses-grow.
Moreland holds a B.S. in Statistics & Economics from SUNY Oneonta and an MBA in Labor Relations from the University of Tampa. Moreland was named one of 2022s most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine and one of the Top 100 DEIB Leaders by Mogul. Moreland sits on the CNBC Workforce Executive Council and the Governance Board for the New York CHRO Community.
