Michael Dinkins serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dinkins Financial, a consulting firm. Dinkins Financial assists private equity companies in building their portfolios through strategic acquisitions. Founded in 2017, the firm is led by Michael Dinkins, a global finance industry veteran who has guided complex leveraged refinancing, equity financing, and the integration of global companies. The firm’s financial acumen spans multiple industries and sectors, including contract manufacturing for medical devices, real estate lending, brokerage insurance, printing, service operations, and OEM for appliances and lighting products.
From 2008 until May 2012, Dinkins served on the Board of Directors of Integer Holdings Corporation (a medical device manufacturer and developer of high-end batteries for niche applications in medical and energy markets), and subsequently as Senior Vice President and later as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, until his retirement in 2017.
Dinkins holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
