Robert L. Dixon, Jr. is Founder of The RD Factor, Inc., a digital and information technology consulting business.
Previously, Dixon was Global Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of PepsiCo, Inc. (“PepsiCo”), from November 2007 until April 2016 and as Senior Vice President until December 2016.
As Senior Vice President and the longest tenured Chief Information Officer in PepsiCo’s history, Dixon led the function that delivered all information technology and information risk management solutions worldwide.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Dixon held various executive positions with The Procter & Gamble Company, since 1977, including Vice President of Global Business Services from 2005 until 2007.
Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology where he was inducted into the Academy of Distinguished Alumni and the College of Engineering Hall of Fame.
