Jeffery J. Weaver is an Executive Vice President & Chief Qualitive Risk Officer at KeyCorp.
In this role, Weaver is responsible for the ongoing risk assessment of the qualitative processes used to quantify, measure and control risk across the enterprise and emerging risk assessment including climate change risk.
Weaver is a 30-year Financial Services executive, recognized broadly for his multinational regulatory advocacy as former Chairman of the Board and 11-year Director of the International Association of Credit Portfolio Managers, and for driving transformational change to achieve sustainable growth.
Weaver serves on the Board of Directors of Fusion Risk Management, an operational resilience software portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, an investment firm focused on enterprise software, and data and technology-enabled businesses; and is one of eight inaugural members of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council. He also on the Board of Directors of St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and the Musical Art Association (Cleveland Orchestra).
Weaver holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from Cornell University, where he also earned his MBA in Finance from its Johnson School of Management.
