Preston Wells serves as Vice President, Group Chief Financial Officer, Orthopaedics and Spine for Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies offering innovative products and services in Medical and Surgical, Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics and Spine that help improve patient and hospital outcomes.
Prior to his current role, Wells served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Stryker.
In this role, Wells developed and executed investor targeting and communication strategies, where he represented Stryker in front of Wall Street analysts and top shareholders.
Wells draws on more than 20 years of progressive leadership and experiences in finance and operations management within global multi-billion-dollar organizations.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to build diverse and engaged teams focused on driving growth while increasing efficiency and bottom-line profits.
Wells has a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA from Lehigh University. He is also certified in Process Excellence and is a Certified Management Accountant.
