Iesha Berry is Vice President and Chief Diversity and Engagement Officer (CDEO), and Head of Talent, Culture and Experience at DocuSign.
In this role, Berry works closely with the executive team and staff globally, emphasizing employee resource groups, inclusive talent development, and diverse pipeline sourcing. As the Head of Talent, Culture, and Experience, Berry cultivates DocuSign’s culture, enhances employee experiences, and leads talent acquisition and internal mobility.
Previously, Berry was the first Chief Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Officer at Slalom, managing diversity programs, sustainability and social responsibility efforts. Her career also includes leadership roles at Bank of America, where she was Senior Vice President of Market and Site Human Resources, and Head of Diversity and Inclusion for BofA’s Wealth Management division.
Berry has also served in a variety of global roles across various industries including Pfizer, Microsoft and Prudential Financial.
Berry has over 20 years of experience in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Berry holds an M.A. in HR/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a B.A. in Psychology from Tougaloo College, Mississippi. She is also a certified Diversity Practitioner/Advanced Practitioner from Cornell University.
