Hallam Sargeant serves as Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer for Avanade, the leading provider of innovative digital, cloud and advisory services, industry solutions and design-led experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.
In this role, Hallam has built a robust global team and a clear strategy, establishing I&D as a critical business imperative with reported KPIs. The progress is clear: Avanade has increased female representation, including on the Executive Committee (23% to 43%), in hiring (from 25% to 40%), and across the organization (from 25% to 33%). Additionally, in just the past year, Avanade saw its Employee Network membership grow a staggering 641% as buy-in increases across the organization.
Prior to Avanade, Hallam worked for Procter & Gamble for 15 years in various Human Resources positions.
Hallam serves on the board of ProKids, whose mission is to mobilize the community to break the vicious cycle of child abuse and neglect, as well as serving on the Board of Executive Advisers for The Xavier University Williams College of Business.
Hallam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and an MBA from Xavier University Williams College of Business.
