Felecia Hogan, Senior Vice President and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Commerce Bank, brings 30 years of experience defining strategic vision, providing transformational leadership of large teams and change management to the role.
In this role, Hogan is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and operational oversight to advance DEI values and goals across the organization and in the communities in which Commerce Bank serves.
Hogan has been a champion of diversity throughout her career and has a passion for helping people grow and improve both professionally and personally. She has served as the Board President of Commerce Bank’s E2E (Employee to Employee) Foundation, Commerce’s employee funded foundation that provides financial assistance to employees and their families in times of great need.
Hogan helped with the creation of VIBE, Commerce Bank’s employee resource group (ERG) for multicultural team members, which she now acts as a Sponsor.
Hogan also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Disability Inclusion, serves as Board Treasurer of the Mattie Rhodes Center in Kansas City, MO and leads the women’s ministry at her church.
