Shanda Hinton is Chief Diversity Officer at Raytheon Technologies.

In partnership with the Raytheon Technologies executive team, Hinton is responsible for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across the enterprise through strategies, programs, and initiatives focused on workforce diversity, community engagement, public policy, and suppliers.

Hinton is an accomplished executive and brings 25 years of broad expertise in business strategy, operations, DE&I, and talent management.

Prior to Raytheon Technologies, Hinton was a Client Advisor with Korn Ferry, a global consulting firm and has related experience at Comcast NBCUniversal, where she led Talent Management and Diversity for their largest cable division.

Hinton currently serves on the board of The Faith & Politics Institute and is a member of Chief, a network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.

Hinton earned a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Communications from Eastern Connecticut. Hinton holds a certificate from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business and is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation.
