Lottie Holland is Vice President – Diversity, Inclusion, Engagement and EEO Compliance, Stellantis North America.

In this role, Holland responsible for directing the company’s diversity and inclusion activities focused on improving its pipeline of diverse talent and building an inclusive work culture.

Holland also serves as co-lead of the African Ancestry Network, one of 11 Stellantis Business Resource Groups in the U.S. representing a range of employee affinity communities.

Since joining the company in 2011, Holland has held leadership positions in Mopar Purchasing and Supplier Operations, Supplier Diversity, Exterior Vision Purchasing and Product Development Purchasing.

Holland has been honored by The Michigan Chronicle as a “Woman of Excellence” (2022), “Notable Champion of Diversity” by Automotive News (2021), “Top Champion for Diversity” by Diversity Plus (2018), and “Top 100 under 50” by DiversityMBA (2017).

She holds a number of professional certificates including diversity and inclusion from Cornell University and has completed Harvard Business School’s Women of Color Leadership Program.

Holland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
