Erica J. Bolden serves as Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and People Analytics for Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA).
In this role, Erica designs talent management and community outreach initiatives to strengthen Mercedes-Benz Group AG’s global DEI commitment. This includes structuring employment, data analysis, dealer network development, marketing, and philanthropic initiatives for the U.S. and Canada that execute overarching diversity, community, and social engagement strategies.
Erica is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and serves on various committees and boards, including: American Council on Germany’s German-American Working Group on DEI, CNBC Workforce Executive Council, Board of Trustees for Meals on Wheels Atlanta, Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta, National Diversity Council and National Coalition for Racial Justice and Equity.
Most recently, she was recognized in ELLE Magazine as a 2021 Empowered Women honoree; presented the 2020 Diversity Leadership in Action Award by Career Mastered Magazine; and featured in Savoy Magazine’s list of 2019 Most Influential Women in Corporate America.
Erica is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she earned a B.A. in Speech Communications and a B.A. in Spanish.
