Ken Bouyer serves as Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Recruiting Leader for Ernst & Young (EY) Americas.
As EY’s Americas DEI Recruiting Leader, Ken develops and implements the recruiting strategy to build and attract diverse and inclusive talent pools for EY Americas member firms.
Ken frequently serves as a spokesperson on diversity and recruiting trends. Ken has served in a variety of roles since joining the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP in 1990.
Prior to his current role, Ken was a leader in the US firm’s Consulting Services practice, supporting various global internal audit clients.
Ken is the past Chair and current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) National Commission on Diversity & Inclusion. Ken is a lifetime member of NABA and was the recipient of NABA’s Presidential Award for his extraordinary accomplishments and leadership in the accounting profession and his commitment to and support of NABA.
Ken recently published a book on Navigating DEI in professional settings.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Manhattan College, where he is currently a Trustee.
