Iesha Berry serves as the DocuSign Vice President and Chief Diversity and Engagement Officer (CDEO), and Head of People Experience.
In this role, Iesha directly engages with DocuSign’s executive staff, and team members around the globe. As the CDEO, Iesha focuses on accelerating the DocuSign Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity strategy as well as oversees the continued evolution of the DocuSign IMPACT and sustainability efforts. She and her team support the continued amplification and impact of employee resource groups, inclusive talent development along with diverse pipeline sourcing and outreach. As Head of People Experience, Iesha is responsible for cultivating the right culture for DocuSign and embedding an incredible experience for all at every stage of the employee lifecycle; and directly leading DocuSign’s Future of Work efforts related to where and how employees work.
Iesha serves as Board Member of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) and the Racial Justice Institute. In 2017, she co-authored a book titled We Walk by Faith and Not by Sight: Women of Faith in the Marketplace.
Iesha earned an M.A. in HR/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, a B.A. in Psychology from Tougaloo College.
