Ehrika C. Gladden is the Vice President and General Manager of the Cisco Refresh business, a multimillion-dollar line of business for Cisco Capital Corporation.
As head of Cisco Refresh, Ehrika leads a global organization for a $250 million-dollar business unit, managing the delivery of the P&L for Sales, Marketing, Channels, Operations and Supply Chain. She is responsible for identifying growth opportunities in the multibillion-dollar remanufactured equipment market and defining the growth strategy for this next phase start up business.
Previously, Ehrika served as Vice President for Market Strategy in the Enterprise Networking Business Unit. As head of Market Strategy for the company’s largest business unit, she identified core growth markets and built the business plan resulting in +20% Y/Y growth.
Ehrika serves as a Director for the Pennsylvania Women’s Conference Board and is a Cisco Foundation Trustee. Ehrika is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). While serving as Vice Chair of ELC, she co-chaired the Audit committee establishing a performance metrics model resulting in a new operating model for the non-profit and the board.
Ehrika received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
