Colbert G. Narcisse is Managing Director and the Head of International Wealth Management for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM). He is also a member of the MSWM Operating Committee. In this role, he is responsible for developing the business, market, distribution, risk management and service strategy for non-U.S. resident clients, including individuals, family offices, pension funds and endowments.
Prior to his current role, Narcisse was the Head of Product Strategy and Development from 2015 to 2017. He joined MSWM in 2011 as the Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Strategy and Client Solutions group and was the Head of the Global Alternative Investments Group from 2012 to 2015.
Prior to joining MSWM, Narcisse was the Chief Executive Officer of Gold Bullion International (GBI) from 2009 to 2011. GBI is a business services company that enables high net worth investors to acquire, store and manage physical precious metals (gold, silver, platinum and palladium) through wealth management firms. From 1992 to 2009, he held a succession of executive management positions at Merrill Lynch.
Narcisse holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
