Camille Chang Gilmore is Vice President of Human Resources and Global Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) for medical device and healthcare firm Boston Scientific, helping to oversee and support for nearly 40,000 employees in over 130 countries.

In this role, Camille drives global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and programs that recognize and value the unique talents, attributes, and contributions of the company’s employees.

Since joining Boston Scientific in 2004, she has been instrumental in driving change and building a company culture prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion. This includes spearheading the Close the Gap health equity initiative, global community engagement, promoting supplier diversity as well as leading U.S. diversity recruiting programs.

Camille serves on the boards of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Foundation, WittKieffer, the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (GTCYS), Disability:IN, and is a liaison to the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) organization.

Camille received her Bachelor’s in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University and her M.B.A. in Human Resources from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
