Aletha C. Noonan is Senior Vice President of Product and Partner Management for CDW.
Noonan is responsible for leading CDW’s supply chain operations and CDW’s relationship with its community of industry-leading technology partners. Her team is responsible for the end-to-end strategy and operations of all partner products and solutions including procurement and distribution to more than 250,000 CDW customers. She and her team orchestrate the integration of partner solutions into CDW’s omnichannel sales organization.
She joined the industry in 1993 and CDW in 1994 as an account manager. In 1996, she assumed her first leadership role and continued to progress in a variety of leadership roles including launching CDW’s corporate outbound segment. In 2005, Noonan left CDW to care for her children. She returned to the industry at Microsoft in 2010 before returning to CDW in 2013 as the Vice President of Higher Education. Prior to her current role, she led CDW’s Corporate Central Region.
Noonan earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University. She is a YWCA Lifetime Board Emeritus member for the Metropolitan Chicago chapter and is an executive committee member for the Chicago Urban League. She is also a member of The Executives’ Club of Chicago. Additionally, Noonan serves on the board of directors for CDW’s Alliance for Business Leading Equality (ABLE) business resource group.
