Ernest Nicolas serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer for HP Inc.
In this role, Nicolas leads HP’s worldwide supply chain organization. The company’s supply chain delivers more than 100 million products to customers each year through a sophisticated network of ODM factories, manufacturing partners, commodity suppliers, logistics providers and a wide variety of other valued partners. He also oversees social and environmental sustainability efforts tied directly to HP’s global reputation and business growth.
Prior to HP Inc., Nicolas was Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Rockwell Automation.
As a board member for the Milwaukee Urban League, and as a part of the Executive Leadership Council, Nicolas invests considerable energy promoting diversity and inclusion in the community.
Nicolas is also a member of the board of directors for Avient Corporation and Wahl Clipper Corporation.
Nicolas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University, and an MBA in Operations Management and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin.
