NACD officially announced their 2023 Directorship 100 honorees and Director of the Year Awards. Charisse R. Lillie is recognized as one of the most influential directors in the boardroom and corporate governance community.

Ms. Lillie is an attorney whose consultancy focuses on advising clients on issues of DEI and corporate governance. She is a former City Solicitor of the City of Philadelphia, former partner and Chair of the Litigation Department at Ballard Spahr, LLP, and a former senior executive at Comcast Corporation and Comcast Cable. She currently serves on the boards of Exelon Corporation, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and Independence Health Group, Inc., parent company of Independence Blue Cross and AmeriHealth Caritas.
