Arlene Isaacs-Lowe is Senior Vice President, Commercial Group for Moody’s, an essential component of the global capital markets, providing credit ratings, research, tools and analysis that contribute to transparent and integrated financial markets. In this role, Isaacs-Lowe leads the Commercial Group’s team responsible for business development and account management efforts for Moody’s US Financial Institutions Group (FIG). The team works in close cooperation with the US FIG analytical teams to formulate marketing and outreach strategy and product development initiatives. Prior to this appointment, Isaacs-Lowe was responsible for the business development and account management efforts for Moody’s US bank loan ratings franchise comprising over $1 trillion in rated bank loans.
Isaacs-Lowe serves on the board of Enterprise Community Partners, a provider of affordable housing to diverse communities, the Board of Visitors of Howard University’s School of Business, and is a member of the New York State Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute.
Isaacs-Lowe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Howard University and a MBA from Fordham University.
