Tracey Gray-Walker is Head of the Association Business for AXA. In this role, Gray-Walker drives the growth agenda of the association marketplace for AXA. Her growth strategy includes increasing AXA’s brand awareness in the Association community, while enhancing the engagement of existing associations and their members. Gray-Walker joined AXA’s Financial Management Development Training Program in 1989 and rapidly ascended within the organization to key positions in marketing, sales, business planning, operations, technology and finance. Gray-Walker led retail distribution in achieving exponential growth within diverse markets as the Vice President of Business Development and Opportunities.
Gray-Walker serves on the board of directors for YouthBridge-NY, a leadership development organization that convenes and trains high school students to meet the challenges of an extremely diverse New York City. Also, she is a member of the Women’s Bond Club. In 2004, she was named Autism Ambassador of the Year.
Gray-Walker holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
