Floyd W. Green, III is Vice President and Head of Community Relations and Urban Marketing for Aetna, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for developing grass roots marketing strategies to assist in business development, customer retention, healthcare disparities and strategic partnerships. He is also responsible for Aetna’s corporate philanthropic investments to strengthen Aetna’s brand which includes local and national granting, expanding employee volunteerism and employee gift matching programs. His organization manages the implementation of Aetna’s urban marketing strategies designed to address the multicultural/multilingual and generational needs of key constituents.

Green serves on the board of the Americans for the Arts, Center for Disease Control (CDC) National Partnership Board for HIV/AIDS and Xavier University’s Corporate Advisory Board, and the Howard University’s School of Communications Board of Visitors.Green is a member of the 100 Black Men of America, the National Association of Health Services Executives and the National Alliance of Market Developers.

Green holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History/Public Affairs from Lincoln University and a MBA from Pepperdine University.
