Tanya Hart is Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Vice President at First Horizon National Corporation, a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel.
Hart is a member of the Executive Management Committee and the Operating Committee.
Hart has been named as one of the top 25 Black Women in Business by the Network Journal, Memphis Business Journal’s 2019 HR Impact Leader and 2023 Super Women in Business and was recognized as First Horizon’s DEI leader of the year in 2021.
Hart is actively involved with a variety of civic and professional institutions. Her community outreach includes her role as a board member and chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee of the University of Memphis Foundation Board as well a board member and a member of the Executive Committee of the Brooks Museum of Art. She is a previous member of the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Memphis, New Memphis Institute, and 1 St Eight.
Hart completed her undergraduate degree in Finance at the University of Memphis and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Christian Brothers University.
