Sheri B. Hawkins is Head of the Investment Platform Services for Northern Trust Asset Management. She serves on the Asset Management Executive Group and leads our equity trading, index services, sustainability, stewardship and client portfolio management teams.
Sheri began her more than 25-year career in the investment industry as an equity portfolio manager before moving on to hold business management roles spanning several functional areas of asset management.
Sheri served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Investments, with responsibility for leading and coordinating business, financial and infrastructure initiatives for portfolio management and
trading units.
Sheri joined Northern Trust in 1992. She is also a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow and serves on the board of trustees for child and family services not-for-profit, Brightpoint.
Sheri is a CFA® charterholder, a member of the CFA Institute and serves on the board of directors of the CFA Society of Chicago.
Sheri received a Master’s degree in Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology Stuart School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
