Patricia Henry was the Director of Strategic Projects for Miller Brewing. In this role, Henry leveraged her extensive operational business, strategic planning and risk management background to achieve successful results. Prior to this role, Henry was the first woman to hold a lead management position at a major U.S. brewery in Miller Brewing when she was named Plant Manager of the Eden, North Carolina facility in 1995.
Henry developed extensive leadership experience within Miller Brewing while working as a senior leader within the company. During her eighteen-year tenure as Plant Manager, Henry’s facility produced 8 million barrels for Miller Brewing a year.
Prior to joining Miller Brewing, Henry served as a Systems Analyst working with a number of companies including: General Electric Company, Norfolk and Western Railway and Ethyl Corporation.
Henry holds a B.S. degree, summa cum laude, in Chemistry from Bennett College.
