Rally Health and actor and comedian Kevin Hart will host a free health fair at The Grove, Saturday, Feb. 27 to show the community how making simple lifestyle changes can be fun and help improve overall health.

“Rally Health aims to help individuals better manage their health, and there is no better advocate to inspire people to adopt healthier habits than Kevin Hart,” said Rally Health founder and CEO Grant Verstandig. “Through the RallySM HealthFest, Kevin can extend his passion for wellness to his fans and show them that making better decisions for their health can be surprisingly simple and fun to do.”

Open to the community, the Rally HealthFest will include interactive activities such as dancing, yoga and cycling sessions, and the chance to work out with Hart. Rally Health will offer participants a chance to win prizes.

“Health has always been one of my top priorities, and it’s become my passion to motivate people to get out there, get moving and feel good about taking their health seriously,” said Hart. “I’m excited to be in Los Angeles with Rally Health to show the people of the city where I live that even the smallest steps in the right direction can make a big difference in their health.”

Rally Health’s partner Diamondback Bicycles will be at the event to build 200 bikes with Hart that will be donated to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Carson. Attendees will have the opportunity to work with Rally Cycling athletes and mechanics to construct the bikes on-site and help children in the community stay active.

As part of Rally Health’s Health Ambassador program, Hart has been encouraging his fans to move more, eat healthier and take better care of themselves. Like Rally Health, Hart believes that even simple things such as laughing can improve your health – that laughter is truly the best medicine.
