Anne Robinson will be joining us as IBM’s new Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, effective July 1, 2024.
Anne’s extensive experience across law, business, public policy, and regulatory affairs makes her an ideal leader to guide our legal team. Anne comes to IBM with a wealth of insight into governance matters for major corporations.
Anne joins us from Vanguard where she currently serves as Managing Director and General Counsel. Her career path has included prominent roles at Citigroup, American Express and Deloitte, which expresses her caliber as a legal mind, business partner and strategic leader.
Anne is also an active board member of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA), Children’s Rights, and the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School.
