Ms. Gamble responsible for 2 agency support centers and corporate’s Agency Recruiting and Agency Field Leadership function areas, providing virtual sales coaching and consulting, sales and marketing resources for agents, strategic recruiting plans and initiatives and programs for State Farm’s agency field leaders.

Her passion for innovative thinking and developing others earned her the nickname “mother” of FOCUS 2000 – an African-American leadership development program. She is past board chair for the National African American Women’s Leadership Institute and cofounder of Rainmakers, a women’s leadership development group for State Farm employees. She has received numerous awards, including a National ATHENA award, a KY Chamber “Innovative Award” and a Nation’s Bank LEND award.

She is a member of the GAMA Executive Leadership Cabinet, chair of Grace Missionary Baptist Church Trustees and co-chair of the Women’s Ministries Leadership Committee.

Gamble received a bachelor’s degree from Kentucky State University and a master’s degree from Austin Peay State University.
