WittKieffer, a leading global executive search and advisory firm dedicated to improving quality of life through impactful leadership, announced the addition of Camille Chang Gilmore to its board of directors.
Camille Chang Gilmore, a highly regarded executive with more than 25 years of human resources experience, has joined WittKieffer’s board as a new member. Chang Gilmore is Vice President of Human Resources and Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) for medical device and healthcare firm Boston Scientific, helping to oversee and support nearly 41,000 employees worldwide. As CDEIO, she drives global diversity, community, health equity and inclusion strategies and programs that recognize and value the unique talents, attributes and contributions of the company’s employees, and address inequities in healthcare and communities around the world. Since joining Boston Scientific in 2004, she has been instrumental in driving change and building a robust, diverse and inclusive company culture.
