Todd Corley is Senior-Vice President & Global Chief Diversity Officer for Abercrombie & Fitch. In his role, Corley reports directly into the Chairman & CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch. During his tenure, he has worked collaboratively across business units to position A&F as one the most progressive and innovative in terms of employee engagement, measurement and accountability and inclusion training. Under his watch, the percentage increase among minority in-store managers has increased by 626% and the Hollister brand was named the #1 specialty retail brand among African-American youth ages 8 – 15 years old, by an independent market research firm.
Corley is a co-founding member of the country’s first-ever Diversity Management concentration, housed at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies. Recently, he was named Chairman of The National Society of High School Scholars Foundation. In 2013, Mr. Claes Nobel, senior member of the esteemed Nobel prize family and Founder of the National Society of High School Scholars Foundation presented Todd with the inaugural Claes Nobel World Betterment Award.
Corley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College and a MBA from Georgetown University.
