Shawn Lytle is Head of Americas, UBS Global Asset Management for UBS. In this role, Lytle is responsible for $155 billion developing and managing all aspects of the firm’s Institutional and Wholesale businesses in the US, Canada and Latin America. The firm works with clients to provide sophisticated investment solutions in the defined benefit, defined contribution, sub-advisory, high net worth and corporate treasury areas. After 12 years in London, Shawn returned from the United Kingdom to the United States in April 2010 to take on his current role and splits his time between the firm’s New York and Chicago offices.
Prior to his current role, Lytle was Deputy Global Head of Equities in charge of resource, product and distribution matters for the Equity business globally. In this role, he supported UBS Global Asset Management’s 14 Equity teams located across the firm’s main investment centers in Chicago, New York, London, Zurich, Singapore and Tokyo. Shawn joined UBS Global Asset Management in 2002 as a portfolio manager on its London-based Global EquityPortfolio Management Team.
Lytle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Georgetown University’s School of Business Administration.
