Netha Johnson is President, Filtration and Process for Pentair, Inc, a global water, fluid, thermal management, and equipment protection company. In this role, Johnson is currently leading the Filtration and Process Global Business Unit for Pentair, Ltd. Filtration and Process generates over $1B in revenue with 69% of that generated outside the United States. Pentair’s Filtration & Process business participates in the residential, commercial, food and beverage, municipal, and industrial markets, providing solutions for the toughest filtration, separation, and fluid process management challenges, as well as deliveringwater treatment, softening, and specialty pumps systems to customers worldwide.
In addition, Netha serves as a member of the executive committee for the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest. Prior to starting his business career, Mr. Johnson served as a U.S. Naval Special Operations Officer. Johnson speaks both Mandarin Chinese and German.
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University ofSouthern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University.
