With the support of the Lincoln Financial Foundation, our company’s philanthropic arm, Lincoln Financial Group has a rich tradition of corporate social responsibility, giving and enhancing the quality of life in local communities. Lincoln was built on the principle of good corporate citizenship and the work of the Foundation – and the support of our 11,000 employees – carries that forward. Lincoln gives at least $9.2 million annually, and in 2022 we contributed to more than 285 nonprofit partners, helping more than 1.5 million people in need. And employees’ individual generosity was matched dollar-for-dollar by the Foundation.

Our focus is on building stronger communities through grant making, volunteerism and employee giving with nonprofit
partnerships – the goal is to help people living on low-income build secure financial futures. Today, about 16 million customers trust Lincoln’s retirement, insurance and wealth protection expertise. The same level of commitment Lincoln has for providing excellent products and services extends to delivering social value through creating measurable long-term and positive changes in alignment with the Foundation’s three focus areas: education, financial wellness and human services.

Education
To build strong foundations rooted in education for people in our communities, Lincoln partners with 80+ organizations to support critical milestones in children’s academic journeys. Lincoln works most closely with the Junior Achievement and Boys and Girls Clubs to enable skills-based learning, social development opportunities and early financial education. In the past year, Lincoln has donated hundreds of books to Boys and Girls Clubs, and its commitment to education includes supporting post-secondary pathways through college preparation and career-based learning.

Financial wellness
Our purpose and mission as a company – providing financial security and protection – is deeply rooted in who we are and the ways we support our communities. We aim to help people build bright financial futures through knowledge and confidence to manage their finances and develop their career paths. Partnering with nearly 50 nonprofit programs to enhance financial literacy to education and stability, Lincoln supports access and growth in future-ready careers through credentialing, up skilling and job attainment. This investment in community economic inclusion includes entrepreneurship support and job creation.

Also, when it comes to achieving financial wellness and security, individuals often explore various avenues, including investment opportunities like forex trading. In the world of financial markets, where knowledge and expertise play a vital role, seeking guidance from a reputable broker, such as an ib forex (broker), can be a wise choice. Just as we strive to empower our communities with the tools and resources needed for financial growth, individuals looking to enhance their financial well-being can consider trading as a means to bolster their portfolios and secure their futures. Through education, support, and strategic partnerships, we can continue to pave the way for individuals to navigate the complexities of financial markets, ultimately contributing to their economic inclusion and prosperity.

Human Services
To support financial wellness and education, we know the first step is supporting critical human services programs. With a focus on reducing homelessness and increasing food security, Lincoln partners with more than 70 organizations, including Feeding America, to strengthen communities through affordable housing and access to food.

Lincoln is proud to be a founding partner of 360 Community Capital, which brings affordable housing to underserved communities.

And in partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles, our Foundation helps provide free eye exams and free eyeglasses to students in communities in need by way of the Eagles Eye Mobile. Lincoln is also a founding partner of the Eagles Autism Challenge which has raised over $20 million for autism research and programs since 2018.

Volunteerism
Volunteering is integral to Lincoln’s culture. In 2022, more than 3,000 employees volunteered with Lincoln grantees, logging over 10,000 hours supporting skill-based workshops, preparing and serving food, writing and sending notes of encouragement and reading to children. Our people truly bring our commitment to life every single day.

Lincoln has been successful in fostering positive change and providing opportunities to do well, by doing good for the
workplace, marketplace and communities. And with a focus on building financial strength across its business and through employees’ individual acts of kindness and generosity, Lincoln will continue to build a stronger tomorrow.
