Knowles Corporation (NYSE: KN), a market leader and global provider of advanced micro-acoustic microphones and balanced armature speakers, audio solutions, and high performance capacitors and radio frequency products, announced the appointment of Erania Brackett as an independent director to the Company’s Board of Directors. Her appointment expands the Board to 10 directors.
Ms. Brackett has over 20 years of experience in the medtech industry. She is currently Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, Orthodontic Aligner Solutions and Head of ESG for Dentsply Sirona, a leading global manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, where she also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from August 2021 to March 2023. Prior to joining Dentsply Sirona, Ms. Brackett held various commercial, marketing and operational leadership roles at Medtronic plc and at GE Healthcare.
