Ms. Price and her team guide strategic development and implementation of 3M’s Global Community Giving Program including oversight of the 3M Foundation. These efforts address employee engagement, community outreach, grant-making and philanthropy. Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Price served as Assistant General Counsel in Mergers and Acquisitions at 3M for over twenty-five years.
Ms. Price is an active member of The Links, Incorporated, the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. She was a recipient of the Minnesota Attorney of the Year Award (2008), a 3M Company Volunteer of the Year Award (2009), an African-American Heritage Award (2011) and a Girl Scout Centennial Honoree (2012) in recognition of her significant professional and civic accomplishments. Ms. Price is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Price earned her Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law, her Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton University and her Bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College.
