James Taylor is President of the Senior Services Division for Sodexo, a leading Quality of Life services company in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, delivers On-site Services in Corporate, Education, Health Care, Government, and Remote Site segments, as well as Benefits and
Rewards Services and Personal and Home Services. Taylor’s extensive experience in both operations and strategic planning made him the ideal choice to lead the Senior Services team to a new level of excellence in enhancing the resident experience. Taylor believes in exceeding the customer, client and Sodexo’s expectations by delivering a valued service business model.

Taylor joined the Sodexo family in 2001 as Vice President of Operations for Corporate Services in the South. He served as Senior Vice President for National Accounts with responsibility for over $160 million in annual sales with prestigious accounts as GE, Merrill Lynch and Dell.

Taylor has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management as well as Hotel and Restaurant Management from Arkansas Tech University and also received a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
