Yvette Hill Smith is Chief Information Officer, and Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Business Transformation for F5.

In this role, Yvette leads the company’s worldwide customer success organization and oversees the corporate strategy for business transformation and technology services.

Prior to F5, Yvette was Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Enterprise Support where she led customer success programs for their $60B+ Commercial Cloud business. She managed Microsoft’s Enterprise Support P&L of $4B in revenue and was previously the General Manager for Cloud Customer Transformation Support.

Yvette serves on the Board of Directors of Verint, a $900M publicly traded SaaS company.

Yvette is Chair of the National Board of Directors of INROADS, an organization that develops and supports the advancement of talented, under-represented youth in their careers.

She is a Member of the Board of Advisors, School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She was formally a member of the Board of the Georgia Institute of Technology Women’s Alumni Network.

Yvette holds a MBA degree from Emory University and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
