Wendy Reynolds-Dobbs, PhD is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist and currently is the Vice President and Chief Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Learning and Development Officer for Asbury Automotive Group.

In this role, Wendy is responsible for leading the DEI strategy and programming in addition to leading efforts in Corporate Giving and Learning and Development.

Prior to joining Asbury, Wendy served as Vice President and Chief DEI officer for Unisys Corporation. In this role she was responsible for leading DEI, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Social Governance.

Before joining Unisys, Wendy held leadership positions in HR at Change Healthcare and McKesson and has held various roles at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Newell Rubbermaid. Additionally, she has previously served as an adjunct faculty member for University of Georgia and Morehouse College.

Wendy holds a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, San Diego and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia.
