Texanna Reeves is Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) for Rite Aid. Rite Aid is a $24 Billion, full-service, modern pharmacy with more than 2,300 retail pharmacy locations and wholly owned subsidiaries, including Elixir, Bartell Drugs and Health Dialog.
In her role, Texanna is responsible for leading the development and execution of the DEI enterprise strategy, which is an enabler of the company’s purpose to achieve whole health for life.
Texanna is a thought leader and a highly accomplished DEI professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She is recognized by leaders as an expert in developing DEI Management Systems and has had a progressive career working with large global Fortune 50 companies including Merck.
Texanna has led DEI efforts at companies in various industries that are known for being in the forefront of DEI, such as Sodexo, and has provided subject matter expertise as a consultant to a number of organizations, including Gilead Sciences. She approaches her DEI work with passion and a commitment to achieving results yet enjoys laughing and having fun achieving it.
Texanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from Mercer University.
